All-Ages Group Classes

Children and adults train together in the same curriculum — kata, self-defense, basics, calisthenics, and kumite (sparring). Every class is taught with traditional Okinawan methods. Beginners are always welcome; no experience needed. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday 6:00–7:30 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM–12:15 PM.

Self-Defense Workshops

Renshi Matt Hogan teaches focused self-defense workshops available periodically and by request for groups and organizations. Offerings include Women's Self-Defense (practical skills in a supportive environment), Group Self-Defense (hands-on fundamentals for workplaces and organizations), and Tactical-Pen Self-Defense.
